Oh Misery

I am speding my first day in my new home on the cold bathroom floor.

I woke up at 4:30am to a charley horse in my right calf. Getting up to walk it off my dtomache suddely started to hurt and to the bathroom not long after with the familair sensations that diarhea or vomit follow. However, nothing but sensations and pain so dar.

Took 2 pepto and while that seemed to have helpesd..... not enough for me to go lay back down....
