nova_mythEhehe... Firday is payday, and once I pay my cell and car payment... I'll have... $200 in the bank? o.O Maybe more, can't remember if this paycheck is full or half.... If full I'll have closer to $300 after last major bills of the month paid. It should be near $500, but having to spend $140 on getting a flat repaired and replace another tire, buy two new pair of work jeans (which I feel justified, usually I'd pay $40 for one pair but they were half off so I got two for one, ha) from Cavander's western store (the Aura brand, me love and they last forever). And I spent a little over $120 on other clothes ealier this month because how was I to expect I'd get TWO flats, one not patchable? But all the clothes were dress clothes, sweaters and nice tops, not my usual t-shirts. Add Grimmy, little legends Optimus, and other things it added up. At least I'm not totally broke, I kept a good mental tab enough it seems to keep that from happening. I fill my tank so I should be good for about two weeks if I don't do a lot of unexpected driving around town.
But in other news, I need to come up with $5,000 before the semester ends. I have signed up for a Study Abroad to Japan through my teacher during the summer! Its actually $4,000, but I need another $1,000 to pay for the dogs to be boarded at campbowwow and spending money, you know? My Uncle SHOULD give me the $4,000 since its for education, who knows I might get a credit or two... I'll need to come up with the other $1,000. I'll pull extra out, economy be damned, if I have to, from somewhere. She didn't do this laster year so I am sure as hell doing it this year! There is also a scholorship I'm gonna be trying to get my hands on, might not be much more than $500 but hell, that would help, A LOT.
The Study Aboard is two weeks at my current campus in two hour classes everyday in getting ready for leave, two weeks in Japan (only 3 of those days in Tokyo and normally a plane ticket to Japan in the summer is $2,000 alone) and followed by one more week back at school. My teacher is seeing about getting us an extra hour of credit with all of this to our GPAs and all.
I'd have to give up one of the summer semesters to take classes but oh well. Another problem is I'd need to find another job ASAP for after the study aboard and rest of the summer. The program is during the summer school for the kids.
