There might be an imigration bust on my street soon...

I think ICE is going to be making a bust or raid on my street soon. 

When I got home with Richard from Lowe's to replace the dryer hose there was this mustand that was driving oddly. It made me nervous and it parked in front of my house and rolled its window down when I got out of my car. He flashed his bagde, which didn't help ease me. There are creeps who flash fake badges and attack women. But my friend was with me so I went to the car. I didn't even have to ask, he showed me his other badges and I looked in his car as he did so, there were plenty of things with offical seals, including an embosed binder. All he said was  he wasn't here for me and I left him alone. My friend is hispanic but with citizenship to both the US and Mexico, who was wearing a Mexico baseball cap. We went about our task talking about why the guy might be on my street. 

In the end there are two family's who he might be staking out. Both are across the street from me but a few houses down in opposite directions. I ruled out the one on the end because the guy has been here for years and owns a business and the other one has only been occupied for less than a year. I'm not being racial, its just our guess.

He was gone when we finished half an hour later, but he had been there for a while, I had checked a few times. It was just... weird. I'm not going to share this with my family, and if my landlord bitches about me making extra percautions I'll tell her why to shut her up.
