Um, hi? :D I followed over from Eerian's LJ, just had to say what an awesome video!! I love watching freerunning and Parkour videos, they make it look so effortless! Which makes me a sad camper, what with a bad back, but it can't hurt to dream, right? Thank you for posting this!
Free running should be an plympic sport. I can watch these guys for hours and hours and hours. Their stamina and the perfection... This is the human form at it's peak.
