Mika bath

Mika had her first bath in about six or more months, lol she is not a happy cat. I usually don't bath her but with how the weather has been I couldn't past up the chance. Its in 70's today and we're not expected to get another cold front till Tues. Its more hygienic to give indoor cats baths at least once a month because of the chemicals from kitty litter and frankly, even with the best litter and robotic kitty box they'll start to smell like litter. Mika is an outside cat but I do it anyways ever so often for her coat, she'll most likely need another bath in a month or two after I see people stat on their lawns comes spring, just depends. I'll be doing the dogs next when the dryer finishes, I only had two pet towels clean and needed both from Mika. Yoko usually takes 3 towels and Lucky about 4.

None, lol, and not because she's declawed. I use a 5 gallon bucket and a cup to bath her with. Running water just makes cats who are not conditioned or trained for it freak out a whole lot more than just getting wet, plus I kept a firm hold of her scruff the entire time. She behaved very good, only a little struggled and a lot less meows than I was expecting. :)
