Seriously, what my sense of humor way out there?

My boss is generally really laid back when it comes to stuff outside of work. So when she starts talking to all us girls in the room about a bachelorette party before her wedding in July I said the name of the only strip club in town for women.

Everyone acted like I was dead serious and 'addicted' to that kind of thing.

This happened a few days back but it still nags at me. I mean seriously, come on.

Don't give up being yourself. You will find that most people do not have a sense of humor. If they did crap feasts like Dumb and Dumber wouldn't be so popular. Just make sure you never mention that type of thing around them again.

I could g into the whole psychology behind their responses, but I won't. If some one mentions it just laugh and say that you were joking. If you act like it is no big thing, then it is no big thing.
