I finally called my ear specialist office today to try and schedule an app. Well Guess what? Even though I went to them for years the group policy is if you aren't seen for a few years you have to go in as a new patient, on top of that I have to get a referral! DAMN IT, its a two month wait as is!! I had nearly a dozen operations under this group in a period of three years, come on! This is stupid!
