Lice is striking back at work. My troublemaker was the only kinder I found to have it, but its her THIRD TIME. But there were kids being sent home or held seperate in the office if they couldn't be picked up in all grades. I alerted one of the kinder teachers to pass it on but I still get the hibby jibbies because they huge each other a lot in kinder and then they hug me! Yuck Yuck Yuck. I've been spared so far but how much longer if this coninues? Early this month nearly half of the 1st graders who came to learning tree didn't show for most a week because they had lice.

Yuck, yuck, yuck!!!

Two weeks ago maybe, but now its spreading faster than even the TEACHERS realized. My kinder trouble maker apparently just caught it, all we found were eggs and only a few of them. I checked her extra hard to be sure because she caught them before, if I hadn't I would have missed them. But we had 6+ kids who CAME to school and went through school without getting caught until we went through kid by kid. I'm most likely gonna be checking again today and tomorrow just to be safe...

I'm waiting for it here. the little crawlies are rampit not far from here. It's not dirty to get lice, just to keep them.

yeah, my trouble maker was ban from school and the program for over a week last semester because it got so bad, hers were HUGE. And now there is a second grader who might have them even worse, which is amazing. Truely, how do parent's miss that when its so bad?

My Sister-in-law is a rteacher and she had a boy in her glass that had head lice so bad the parents shaved his hgead and they were still crawling all over the poor little guy. Social services had to step in and "assist". It all comes down to either lazy or uneducated. I have been shocked at how many people just don't get it.
