OMG! This is insane!!!

 I'm watching 20/20 tonight on ABC. On their "What would you do?" Tonight they had 'lost child'. They set up a child actor, alone, on a busy walkway with the street hidden cameras. Don't worry, there was an off duy cop watching from a distance the whole time. Over 2 days with four children they alternated scenarios from the kid sitting, crying, and calling out for help. Two boys, and two girls, One white, one black from each gender. Over 1,700 people walk by. How many stop? 49!  Only 49 people stop and ask the child if they are alright. Talk about disturbing. It makes me angry. ::points to Icon::
