Does anyone know how to do an appendix?

nova_mythDoes anyone know how to do an appendix for a paper? I talked to my English teacher this morning and suggest I do one for the photo graphs I look at for the poetry paper. But mt reseach guideline book doesn't tell me how to go and do it, just a definition of what an appendix is. :(
