I am so getting out of town!!!!

 Okay the Orkin man came by today, he's also my neighboor and I tutor his wife (go figure), and my house-mate let a few things slipped while talking to him. Things she oh so neglected to tell me.

1) My landlord is suppose to be coming down here for a 'visit' in April....

2) She's off all week, work cut her hours (I wonder why, and she's surprisingly not upset... >.<)
